Position Overview:
We're currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Mehringdamm location. As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in serving our guests at the checkout and ensuring the smooth preparation of our mouthwatering dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of fresh ingredients with meticulous attention to quality and hygiene standards.
- Diligent management of goods receipt and storage procedures to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Effective communication and coordination with team members to uphold operational efficiency.
- Providing exceptional service to customers at the checkout, processing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparation of food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant through regular cleaning routines and waste disposal.
- Assisting with inventory management by conducting daily counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Actively participating in staff meetings to contribute ideas and insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong belief in the power of teamwork, coupled with a proactive attitude towards helping others.
- Proficient communication skills in English; additional proficiency in German and/or an Asian language is advantageous.
- Adaptable to new environments and situations, with a punctual and reliable demeanor.

- Performing sweeping and mopping of floors at the beginning and end of each shift to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Promptly addressing spills to prevent disruptions to operations.
- Cleaning cookware, cutlery, dishes, and grills to ensure smooth rotation and efficiency.
- Organizing supplies, equipment, and ingredients for easy access and efficient workflow.
- Maintaining organization in the grocery and supplies storage area.
- Handling trash removal to keep the kitchen area tidy.
- Assisting with routine food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables, as needed.
