Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise food preparation and ensure consistency in food quality.
- Collaborate in creating innovative and enticing dishes to enhance our menu offerings.
- Manage inventory to prevent disruptions due to stock shortages.
- Control food, labor, and operational costs within established targets.
- Provide training, scheduling, and management of kitchen staff to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Motivate and lead kitchen employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen environment.
- Liaise with management and serve as a conduit between kitchen and service teams.
