Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise food preparation and ensure consistency in food quality.
- Collaborate in creating innovative and enticing dishes to enhance our menu offerings.
- Manage inventory to prevent disruptions due to stock shortages.
- Control food, labor, and operational costs within established targets.
- Provide training, scheduling, and management of kitchen staff to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Motivate and lead kitchen employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen environment.
- Liaise with management and serve as a conduit between kitchen and service teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and team-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and a passion for culinary arts.
- Strong coaching skills and a desire to positively impact coworkers and customers.
- Dedication to continuous improvement and growth within the company.
- Proficiency in culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen staffs to ensure smooth operations and maintain high food quality.
- Manage daily kitchen activities, including food preparation and inventory control.
- Train and mentor staff on cooking methods and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Craft and prepare menu items in strict adherence to recipes and guidelines provided by the Head Chef.
- Ensure the quality, presentation, and temperature of all dishes meet our exacting standards.
- Uphold impeccable cleanliness and adhere to food sanitation protocols by handling and storing food items correctly.
- Safely and efficiently utilize kitchen equipment including grills, ovens, and stoves.
- Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff to maintain an orderly and efficient workspace.
- Aid in the preparation of essential components such as marinades and sauces integral to Korean BBQ dishes.
- Effectively communicate with team members, including addressing any guest or staff food allergy concerns.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations encompassing prep work, inventory management, and equipment upkeep.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
Qualifications:
- Preferred previous experience as a line cook or in a related role.
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine and BBQ cooking techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
- Eagerness to acquire new cooking methods and adapt to our culinary style.
- Strong team player with exceptional communication skills.
- Capacity to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid food handler's card or be willing to obtain one.
