Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise food preparation and ensure consistency in food quality.
  • Collaborate in creating innovative and enticing dishes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Manage inventory to prevent disruptions due to stock shortages.
  • Control food, labor, and operational costs within established targets.
  • Provide training, scheduling, and management of kitchen staff to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Motivate and lead kitchen employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen environment.
  • Liaise with management and serve as a conduit between kitchen and service teams.

  • 3+ years in commercial kitchen, 1+ year in leadership
  • Emphasize honesty, integrity, and teamwork
  • Detail-oriented with culinary passion/Proficient in culinary techniques & operations

  • Excellent leadership, communication, multitasking
